EICR Electrical Report London (2024)
An EICR is an Electrical Installation Condition Report issued by a qualified electrician. It is a formal report that is produced following an engineering judgement of an electrical installation within a property or HMO. It must be carried out by an experienced qualified electrician or approved engineer.
During EICR Testing, the Electrician will evaluate the safety and overall condition of the electrical installation and provide an engineering view on whether the installation is fit for continued service. EICRs are vital in identifying potential electrical hazards that could give rise to danger, ensuring compliance with electrical regulations, and safeguarding the well-being of residents, employees, and property in London. |
The report is carried out by a qualified electrician who will inspect and test the electrical systems in the property, including the wiring, sockets, switches, and fuse box. They will then provide a detailed report outlining any issues or potential hazards that need to be addressed.
